- Concept, plan, and execute social media and email marketing campaigns for all in-house, private label brands - includes copywriting.
- Develop and help orchestrate the high-level marketing plan for each brand, including: product roll out, brand launch, customer acquisition, sales, etc.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats on the marketing side.
- Develop and implement a strategic paid and organic plan for all brands.
- Focus on developing the customer base for each brand.
- Design and execute a partnership/affiliate/sponsorship program for each brand. (NIL experience and knowledge is encouraged but not required.)
- Create content (or work with content creators) that develops a consistent brand message and meets brand guidelines.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years in eCommerce marketing
- Baseball and pickleball knowledge/experience is preferred
