Position: After-Hours Commercial Cleaning Specialist
Type: Part-Time
Schedule: 5 Nights a Week (Monday to Friday)
Pay: $250.00 Every Two Weeks per Building

Job Description:
We are seeking meticulous and reliable After-Hours Commercial Cleaning Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in two Verizon buildings located in Liberty, MO, and off Barry Rd. This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work during evening hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and restock restrooms.
- Ensure all trash is disposed of properly.
- Follow specific cleaning protocols to meet the standards required by Verizon.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Must pass a background check and obtain security clearance with badges.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Compensation:
- Each building pays $250.00 every two weeks (total of $1,000.00/mo.).
Additional Information:
- Background checks and security clearance processing may take approximately one week to complete.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday during evening hours.
