Interim Health Care- Home Care and Hospice is Hiring a RN Case Manager Hospice Near Kansas, KS

Interim Healthcare is looking to hire a passionate RN for our Hospice Department; territory is KS which includes Shawnee, Kansas City, KS, Tonganoxie and occasionally Leavenworth, KS.
We will provide you with paid mileage, paid time off, company cell phone, computer and a M-F work schedule. You can also get a discount at Rasmussen College to further your education!
What we look for in an RN Case Manager - Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.
- Licensed to practice as a RN in the state KS and MO, have a compact license or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire. License must be active and in good standing.
- Twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years or, if no experience within the last five (5) years, evidence of current (within the last 12 months) clinical knowledge as deemed appropriate by the DHCS.
- One (1) year of hospice care experience preferred.
- Able to provide proof of valid driver’s license.
- Able to provide proof of valid auto liability insurance.
- Must have a passion for Hospice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
