Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals in need and possess a strong background in addiction counseling, crisis intervention, social work, and mental health counseling.
Duties:
- Provide crisis management and intervention services to individuals in need
- Conduct addiction counseling sessions and mental health assessments
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
- Offer mentoring and guidance to individuals facing behavioral health challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Implement systems and strategies to enhance client support services
Skills:
