Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Duties:

- Perform auto body repairs and restorations, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening

- Fabricate and weld parts as needed

- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking

- Use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely

- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for accuracy and completeness

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Requirements:

- Proven experience in auto body repair and restoration

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems

- Proficient in welding techniques

- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
