Core Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Management:

• Design and execute financial strategies to improve the company's financial stability.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and financial standards.

• Supervise internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the financial operations team, encouraging professional growth and high performance.
• Create a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.

Cost Management and Efficiency:

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

Supporting Operations Partner:

• Work closely with the Operations Partner to integrate financial and operational strategies.

• Participate in regular meetings with the Operations Partner to review financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop joint initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational budgets, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Support resource management to achieve both financial and operational goals.
