ArcFlo is Hiring a Materials Coordinator Near Kalamazoo, MI
ArcFlo, LLC is seeking a materials coordinator to take responsibility for the daily operations of our growing warehouse. The successful candidate will be one with a proven experience of problem solving and process improvements.
Pay is based on experience between $21.00-$25.00/hour. Our team works a flexible schedule between the hours of 5am-4:30pm (8 hours per day) Monday through Friday. This position includes full health and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities:
-Lead the warehouse in daily shipping/receiving duties which includes, but not limited to, validating part counts, using ERP system to receive orders and ship orders with high attention to detail.
-Responsible for picking parts from warehouse using job order information.
-Shipping and packing completed jobs to customer.
-Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records problems, and coordinate with quality.
-Assist with process improvements and warehouse layout changes due to growth.
-Monitors shipping dock for incoming shipments.
-Performs cycle counts through a pre-determined inventory.
-Other Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in materials management, preferably 3 years of work experience.
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
- Proficient in inventory control systems and demand planning tools including SAP and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop and bend, climbing underneath machines, and working in overhead structures. The employee is regularly required to walk, stand and use hands and fingers. The employee must regularly reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The employee must wear safety glasses with side shields and safety toed shoes while performing the duties of this job.
