Medical Office is Hiring a Medical Office Manager Near Kailua, HI

Experienced medical office manager needed to run our Primary Care office.

You should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks with personnel, patients, insurance issues, interact with our biller, and the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Ultimately to ensure steady workflow in an efficient, kind and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Order medical and office supplies
  • Implement office policies and procedures
  • Supervise office staff, including receptionists, and Medical Assistants, and their schedules and time sheets.
  • Maintain medical and staff records, troubleshoot computer, insurance, credentialing and EMR software issues.
  • Communicate with doctors and staff to ensure proper office operation and work flow
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws with high ethical standards

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a medical office manager
  • Knowledge of administrative processes, HIPAA statutes
  • Ability to handle medical records discreetly
  • Knowledge of medical, insurance and billing issues
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or relevant field a plus
