BAYADAs special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Competitive pay rates starting at $16.50 with a weekly pay schedule

**Qualifications for our support professionals:**

One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities _(If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program)_

High school diploma or equivalent
