Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Assist in the administration of the Housekeeping & Laundry department with the supervision and coaching of assigned staff as well as facilitating department meetings. Responsible for the daily Housekeeping & Laundry operations in the guest rooms and public areas. Supports and assists in implementing policies and procedures for the staff set forth by management.
Two (2) years housekeeping supervisory experience or hotel managerial experience or an equivalent combination of education training and/or experience highly preferred. Computer literate in all MS Office applications, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and team management skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have the flexibility to work various days and shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
