Job Description & RequirementsSurgical Technologist - Operating Room - Travel - (Surg Tech - OR)
StartDate: 6/24/2024 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $2265.58 - $2496.77
There are 8 ORs, 9 pre-op bays, 10 phase I PACU bays, and 6 Phase II PACU bays in Surgical Services Department. The Department provies care for the patients receiving invasive surigical procedures for adult and prediatric patitents. Types and Ages of Patients Served: Pediatrics through geriatrics age groups are cared for within the Surgical Services Dept. Ratio 1:1 to 1:3
Required QualificationsCertified
BLS
2 years of experience
WA Surgical Tech license
Preferred QualificationsPrevious travel
Facility LocationKirkland is a suburb of Seattle and the 9th largest city in King County. The name of the town is based on British born Peter Kirk, who in 1889 moved to the United States and bought several acres of land in the area in order to move and expand his steel construction company. There is an abundance of “wapatos”; a particular type of wild potato in Kirkland.
