**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with providers to accurately document patient interactions and assist with various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Accurately document patient history, physical examination, procedures, and treatments in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

- Assist providers with medical charting during patient visits.

- Transcribe medical reports, laboratory results, and other information.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow all HIPAA guidelines.

- Coordinate communication between healthcare providers and patients.

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding.

- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures, X-Ray, physiology, internal medicine, and hospital medicine.

- Ability to inhale complex medical information quickly and accurately.

- Familiarity with medication administration processes.
