Our client in Kaufman, TX is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their team! This position will be directly responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, updating client information, conducting insurance pre-certification, and maintaining client files. Requirements :
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Excellent phone and customer service etiquette
Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Benefits :
