Responsibilities
  • Sell Every Day - Always be selling.
  • Meet the minimum individual sales goals set by leadership
  • Consultative selling with Integrity and always present high quality, effective solutions.
  • Source and develop self-generated leads and appointments with potential qualified Vinyasun customers.
  • Conduct in-the-home and virtual sales presentations for potential customers
  • Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations
QualificationsYou must have a proven track record selling home improvements.
  • Personable with exceptional presentation and communications skills
  • A self-starter that works well independently
  • Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
  • A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Must be flexible working Saturdays, evening appointments, and participate in weekend shows on occasion
  • 2 years of experience in any of the following industries:
  • Solar and battery storage
  • Replacement windows
  • Home security sales
  • Satellite TV sales
  • Pest Control sales
  • Home Automation/Smart Home sales
  • Direct sales Door To Door
Work-From-The FieldYour work-from-the field office may include your home or a worksite location within your local territory. You will be responsible for conducting a blend of in-person and virtual "in-the-home" product demonstrations. Working from home requires a reasonably private and professional setup. The occasional interruption from a pet, child, or partner is understandable.
When in the field you will be responsible for canvasing the neighborhood around appointments and ongoing installations for self generated sales opportunities and referrals.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb a ladder (attics only)
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing 50lbs
  • Capable of canvasing neighborhoods around appointments and installs with varying terrain
  • Ability to use a laptop or tablet to navigate through complex forms and applications.
