Greenberry Industrial Job Title : Anaerobic Digestion Plant Operator Company : Greenberry Industrial Immediate Supervisor : Operation and Maintenance Supervisor Location : Shell New Energies - Junction City, Oregon Duration : Full-Time, 40 hours per week Schedule : (4 days on) Thursday Sunday 2 : 00pm 12 : 30am Overview Shell New Energies - Junction City is growing their Renewable Natural Gas facility and Greenberry Industrial, the Operations & Maintenance contract holder, is looking to hire local talent to focus on production and maintenance consistency.

The anaerobic digestion process at the plant converts organic waste into biogas. That biogas is then upgraded into Renewable Natural Gas and injected into the local pipeline.

It is your responsibility to work safely and to ensure that those around you also work safely. Responsibilities & Expectations Monitor the anaerobic digestion process & gas upgrading plant to ensure safety and reliability.

Follow company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Troubleshoot operational faults. Work with the team to identify threats and improvement opportunities around the plant.

Record & communicate data, observations, and actions to maximize production and safety. Perform inspections on a variety of pumps, agitators, conveyers, augers, sensors, and other plant equipment.

Interact with the Human Machine Interface console. Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures. Perform lab testing.

Will train. Report shifts handover, up-time and production targets. Participate in Safe Work Planning. Education & Experience 1 years of experience with Operations in Biogas, Wastewater Treatment, Pulp / Paper or other Production Processes High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Oregon driver's license Skills Understand Process Safety Management SCADA experience a plus Basic laboratory safety and testing knowledge a plus.

Be able to work with a diverse team with varying backgrounds and skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication Basic computer skills & competent with Microsoft 360 Must be willing to work extended and varied shifts / OT available.

Physically able to lift items that are 50lbs max. Drug-free work environment Must be able to pass drug test and be part of company random testing program.
