We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Applications Coordinator to join our brand new facility! This is an outstanding opportunity to leverage your technical skills in a highly innovative and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the applications used within the company, providing IT support, and managing ERP systems.

Responsibilities :

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all application-related inquiries and issues.

2. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all applications.

3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application problems.

4. Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that application systems are integrated and aligned with the company's IT infrastructure.

5. Manage the implementation, configuration, and upgrading of ERP systems such as Infor XA and SAP.

6. Develop and implement training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the applications.

7. Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.

8. Collaborate with various departments to understand their application needs and provide suitable solutions.

9. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and suggest improvements for the existing systems.

10. Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all application management activities.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in application coordination, application support, or a similar role in the Engineering industry.

3. Proficiency in managing ERP systems, with specific experience in Infor XA or SAP or additional ERP systems.

4. Strong technical knowledge of IT support and application management.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.

6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with all levels of staff.

9. Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest technology trends and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems.

10. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
