Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Mental Health Therapist at RTS Services Unlimited Inc. located in Joliet, IL. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic counseling to individuals, couples, and families. You will assess clients' mental health needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, and monitor client progress. This is an on-site role, and you will be based in Joliet, IL.
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning, Social Work, and Case Management skills
- Experience in mental health counseling and therapy
- Family Therapy skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and techniques
- Understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
