The duties of this position include, but may not be limited to:- Receive calls/texts/emails for supplies/parts/attachments/equipment moves/etc.-Prioritize pending moves on level of importance-Coordinate with hauling and heavy dispatch-Create daily dispatch schedules for ramp truck and stake body trucks/trailers. Cost code moves-Create daily dispatch recap reports-Coordinate with Byron/etc. to get orders loaded on trucks-Locate/load attachments in the yard-Preload/tie down emergency requests for early AM deliveries-Inspect/maintain trailers-Maintain equipment location list-Receive delivery requests-Schedule parts/supply deliveries on level of importance-Reroute trucks for emergency breakdowns-Pick up orders from “local” vendors to save freight-Make sure trucks are preloaded for the following days moves-Supply sites with safety, welding, grease supplies.-Receive delivery requests for all divisions.Ex: attachments, skid steers, mini exc, generators, rollers, light towers, erosion control, tires, fencing, road plates, curbing,etc.-Respond to service vehicle/pickup breakdowns
