Bishop Drumm Retirement Center is Hiring an Unit Manager - RN Near Johnston, IA

**Up to a $5000 sign on bonus**

Bishop Drumm Retirement Center is currently looking for a Unit_ Manager _that will live and reflect our values of compassion, excellence, inclusion, integrity, and collaboration. Our residents and employees both agree that home is truly here for all who reside, work, and visit.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintains employee health information and administers TB screenings, Hepatitis B vaccines and flu vaccines.
  • Coordinates and leads educational programs for staff.
  • Coordinates New Employee Orientation.
  • Coordinates and leads Nursing Department Orientation.
  • Assists with recruitment and hiring of Nursing Department staff.

We are looking for candidates that have the following:

Current Iowa RN license in good standing.

The desire to provide the highest level of patient care
