CyberCoders is Hiring a Roofing Project Manager Near Jessup, MD
Based in Jessup, MD, we're an established roofing subcontractor with an excellent culture that offers growth. Currently, we are looking for a project manager to spearhead projects in and around the Jessup, MD region.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate admin and field production efforts/needs
- Collaborate with our Superindent to schedule labor needs and project materials
- Plan and review each project daily and implement production, quality and customer service standards
- Verify estimates and review project drawings
- Develop and review budgets (manage expenses)
- Implement corrective action items to keep projects on pace with budget
- Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service
- Coordinate with GCs, vendors, suppliers and customers
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- OSHA 10/30 Certification
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Able to lift up to 80 pounds and comfortable visiting actual job sites about 50% of the time
