Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager at CMPND. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day property management operations, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. You will also support the Property Manager in ensuring the overall success and smooth operation of the coworking space and residential development.
