Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000
Job Description: Malibu Events, a premier event management company, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing marketing strategies to promote our events and enhance brand visibility. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to implement innovative campaigns and ensure the success of our events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement for our events.
- Create compelling marketing materials including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to maximize marketing efforts and leverage resources effectively.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in events or entertainment industry.
