Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our team The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of law and possess strong negotiation and litigation skilla pertaining to pip arbitration , small claims collections , workers comp contract and health insurance negotiation expertise
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and represent clients in court
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and appeals
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the NJ state bar association with current license
- Experience in workers' compensation law, immigration law, patent law, or tribal law regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in legal research tools like Westlaw
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
