Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $80k - $100k
Requirements: Data Extraction, Power BI, Excel, Real Estate

- Work closely with key partners on financial and operating reporting to align financial area with corporate planning.
- Develop analytics and other ad hoc reporting that provide important insights to the efficiency of functional areas and spend
- Utilize data for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarter end close
- Adjust and manipulate current PowerBI models for short term needs
2 Years of Experience With:
- Demonstrated Finance and/or Accounting experience
- The ideal candidate is highly motivated and a strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Real estate background a plus
- Basic proficiency in Power Point
- Experience with data extraction tools such as ESSBASE or Google LOOKER
- Experience with data visualization in Power BI
- Base Salary: $80k - $100k
