About the Role

• Raise purchase orders on the company procurement system
• Monitor the purchase order approval flow to ensure timely approvals
• Work closely with business stakeholders to create purchase order, review and receipt goods and services when appropriate
• Weekly review and approval of expenses and corporate credit card charges on Concur
• Create and Maintain vendor files to ensure all information is complete, i.e., W9s, ACH payment information
• Provide support on any internal and external audit requests
• Provide support to their direct manager, Controller, CFO and wider finance team with ad-hoc requests as required
• Support all aspects of AP functions as needed
• Assist with Travel related payment issues such as Hotel confirmation

• Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance desirable but not required
• Experience within a Procure-To-Pay (P2P) process
• Experience with Concur and Accounting system desired but not required
• Strong Excel Skills
• Ambitious self-starter, proactive and passionate about finance and business
• Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate, describe and explain
• Strong attention to detail
• Do-what-it-takes attitude, willing to dive in a figure it out
