About the Customer Services Specialist position:
We are seeking a Customer Services Specialist at our Corporate Office. This person should have prior customer service experience. The individual must have extensive experience in successfully assisting prospects through the lease application process. Critical factors in consideration for this role include, strong customer service, problem solving and organizational skills.
Critical factors in consideration for this role include:
Rental Application Assistance: Guide prospects through the application process, ensuring they understand how to navigate the process correctly.
Data collection: Assist prospects in gathering the required qualifying information for NTN and Docuverus.
Support: Troubleshoot issues encountered by prospects during the application process, providing timely resolutions or escalating to the technical team as necessary.
Overview:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring the rental application process is smooth and timely for each prospect.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist and ensure that applications move through the process from filling out the application to signing the lease.
You will serve as the point of contact for prospects, guiding and assisting them through the application process and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with apartment management software or related technologies is a plus.
Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is advantageous.
Prefer experience with Yardi, Rent Café, NTN, and Docuverus.
