Pure Beverage Company is now hiring, seeking a hardworking, focused and detail oriented individual to join our team as Office Manager. The desired candidate must have the following:
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES OFFICE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer Phones
Take orders from customers and enter them in Encompass
Take messages
Connect customers to corresponding office personnel
Place Orders –-Over the phone
Faxed in Orders
Communicate with drivers and/or salesmen when problems with order/delivery arise
Sort mail for office staff
Process Accounts Receivable Checks
Code Checks
Make corrections, if any, and call customers if amounts do not balance
Print and distribute monthly price books
Maintain Accounts Receivables
Print A/R aging report every Monday
Recognize past due and unapplied amounts
Call past due customers and follow up weekly until paid
Handle discrepancies
Route Reconciliation
Complete Cash Reconciliation on a daily basis for all delivery routes
Sort, count and balance delivered invoices
Make necessary correction on invoices
Balance daily load sheets
Create daily sales report and deposit report
Balance cash to match system records
Prepare bank deposit
Report hourly employee hours
Report weekly absences
