**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled maintenance worker to handle the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly serviced, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining compliance with state regulations.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and repair

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely solutions

**Qualifications:**

- Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.

- Previous experience in maintenance operations

This position offers the opportunity to maintain and improve our assisted living community, including ensuring required inspections are completed, rooms are turned in a timely manner, and managing the housekeeping department all while enriching the lives of our seniors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
