Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in apartment maintenance duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all tenant work orders are performed promptly.
- Maintain buildings and grounds according to management standards.
- General knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Paint and make ready vacant units to management standards.
- HVAC knowledge
- Must comply with Fair Housing Guidelines.

- Apartment maintenance.
- Experience in painting, plumbing and electrical.
