Job Brief

We are in search of a knowledgeable ERP Specialist to implement, customize, manage, and improve our enterprise resource planning system.

The ERP Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the ERP software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and system optimization.

This role requires extensive understanding of ERP software and the ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.

Responsibilities

· Implement and manage ERP software and third-party interfaces

· Work with team members to ensure alignment of the ERP system with business processes

· Customize ERP software to fulfill company requirements

· Identify system problems and troubleshoot solutions

· Update system, applications, and functionalities as needed

· Train employees on the use of ERP tools and systems

· Create and maintain system documentation and ERP process instructions

· Conduct regular system audits and testing to ensure optimal functionality

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or similar role

· Experience with Epicor Kinetic preferred

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Experience with system installation and troubleshooting

· Understanding of business operations and processes

· Experience training users on ERP systems

· Good project management skills

Requirements:
