Patient Care:
- Assess and organize patient data efficiently, adapting care to individual needs.
- Monitor patient status closely, adjusting care plans as needed with critical thinking.
- Maintain and update nursing skills for optimal patient care.
- Plan for patient discharge and follow-up care, ensuring continuity.
- Manage specimen collection and daily routines according to protocol.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of unit.
- Participate in performance improvement efforts.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
- ASN required, BSN preferred.
- Good interpersonal, phone, and computer skills necessary.
- We would love for you to have two years of ICU/CCU experience
- A current CCRN or CEN, TNCC would be great!
- Current RN License in Wyoming, BLS required at hire
- ACLS and PALS or ENPC within 3 months
- CPI within 6 months
- Health Insurance

- Shift Differential for Evening and Night Shifts
