Role Description
HIRING FULL TIME AND PART TIME.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Floor Associate at Teton Gravity Research's Town Store location (50 West Broadway, Jackson WY) in Jackson, WY. The Sales Floor Associate will be responsible for day-to-day retail operations, including assisting customers, providing product information, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. The Sales Floor Associate will also contribute to visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales promotions.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of action sports equipment and clothing
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in action sports industry is a plus
