Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Perform maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry
- Supervise and coordinate work of contractors when necessary
- Fabricate, weld, and maintain machinery as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Skills:

- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of electrical systems and repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Leadership qualities to guide maintenance operations efficiently
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.14 - $25.46 per hour
