Dispatch
· Communicate with foreman for routes, obstacles, and any changes as directed
· Follow up with job Foreman to ensure trucks are present & on time
· Generate a day worksheet with all jobs, and a truck sheet for all foremen
· Monitors GPS when appropriate
· Assist with tonnage quotes
· Collect daily sheets for drivers each day
· Ensure best routes for jobs
· Maintain and send out daily, an updated asset list for all heavy equipment
Lowbed Scheduling
· Coordinate & schedule trucks, including but not limited to, rentals, WRET’s, and sub-contractors
· Coordinate & schedule equipment moves as requested by EAC/ERC Supers
· Plot moves in most efficient manner
· Ensure equipment moves are scheduled with appropriate trailer and driver
· Ensure permits are completed for each month and for specialty moves
· Secure permits for out of state moves, including Pennsylvania, and DRPA as applicable
· Coordinate with NJTP for moves on and off Parkway and Turnpike as required
· Set up escorts as needed for oversized loads
WRET Scheduling
· Shall reported any late drivers or call outs to WRET Superintendent
· Assist Truck Foreman with coordinating downed trucks for repair & service
