```Duties```

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

- Bartending experience with knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards
- Sales skills to upsell beverages and promote specials
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Effective time management to handle multiple tasks during busy hours
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and handling payments
- Experience working in a restaurant environment with understanding of bar operations
- Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patrons and create a welcoming atmosphere
