Responsibilities
- Research and book various vacation packages for clients.
- Create vacation quotes, itineraries, and invoices.
- Participate in live and recorded training sessions to continuously improve your skills.
- Safely handle client payments.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients via phone and email.
- Make bookings for various travel services, including hotels, cruises, resorts, travel insurance, flights, rental cars, excursions, and more.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Residency: Must be a U.S. resident.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Technology: Access to a smartphone and/or computer (recommended).
- Connectivity: Reliable internet access.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
