- Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed organizational goals and performance metrics.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction activities, collaborating closely with Safety, Quality Control, and Project Management teams.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Evaluate and optimize organizational structure for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge top-line growth, operational efficiency, and project performance.
- Set ambitious yet achievable goals for company performance and staff development.
- Lead innovation initiatives, facilitating the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of construction and project management policies, processes, and tools.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing teams, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent and effective performance management practices for all employees.
- Must have GA unrestricted electrical contractors license.
- Proven track record in construction management or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, with the ability to articulate and gain buy-in for organizational vision and direction.
