Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, lawn care, and grounds keeping. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and various landscaping techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
- Operate power tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws
- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as raking, shoveling, and pruning
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all equipment used
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
