Colburn Law is continuing its expansion. We represent individuals and families in their claims for personal injury and wrongful death. We are seeking an experienced, driven, empathetic, gritty and team-oriented Paralegal.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain regular and meaningful communication with clients
• Strong demand preparation and writing skills is a requirement
• Create ledgers and medical chronologies
• Obtain and review client wage loss information
• Contact insurance companies for payment ledgers, policy information, and updates
• Communication with subrogors and lien holders
• Closing files

Skills:

• Three years of experience supporting personal injury practice
• Strong demand writing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Filevine knowledge preferred but not required
• Friendly, upbeat and confident communication style
• Eagerness to ask questions, learn, and receive feedback
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks based upon urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
