We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in thier homes. Duties:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including health history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions

- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and lifestyle modifications

- Administer medications, including injections, as needed

- Perform minor procedures, such as wound care, suturing, and incision and drainage

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Current valid license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of [STATE]

- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice

- Strong clinical knowledge across the lifespan, including infant care, pediatric care, adult care, and geriatric care

- Proficiency in performing vital signs assessments and interpreting results

- Experience in critical care settings is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with assisted living facilities and long-term care is a plus

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas:

- Health coaching to promote healthy lifestyle choices

- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) assessment and management

- Diagnostic evaluation skills for accurate diagnosis of various conditions

- Ability to perform procedures such as spinal taps and gastric lavage

- Proficiency in medication administration, including dosage calculations and medication management

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $123,533.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
