As we ride the wave of expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate entry-level Sales and Marketing Professional who excels in phone-based interactions to join our team. In this thrilling 3-month contract position, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our flourishing business and contribute to our continued success. With the potential for extension, this role offers a gateway to new horizons in the industry as we strive to reach unprecedented heights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Puna Aqua Farms' products and services.• Identify and target potential customers, including restaurants, wholesalers, retailers, and other businesses in the food industry.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry.• 1 years of negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.• 1 year of ability to drive sales through effective communication via phone, email, and other channels, with a focus on building relationships and exceeding sales targets. • 1 year of experience with business growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of aquaculture or the seafood industry is a plus.• Familiarity with the local market in Oahu, mainland, and existing industry contacts is highly desirable.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Excellent organizational, data analytics, and time management skills.
