As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll oversee and coordinate the activities of workers operating a variety of machines to manufacture parts or products. You'll be responsible for supervising employees in production departments, maintaining a professional and respectful work environment, and recommending procedures and equipment alterations to improve efficiency and product quality.
