As Loan Support Specialist, you’ll be on the “front lines” engaging with prospective, current, and past clients daily. You must represent On the Road Companies in a professional manner, consistent with our Mission and company principles. You’ll be responsible for a broad range of daily support activities, loan administration and post loan origination support, and other administrative support duties, as requested.

Primary responsibilities:

Daily Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and client support.
  • Answer the primary OTRL phone lines.
  • Greet visitors as they arrive at the office, including receiving walk-ins or deliveries.
• Ensure that clients receive timely response (same day, if at all possible)
  • Monitor company fax and email (info@ontheroadlending.org) and upload into clients’ files any documents delivered.
• Open mail daily
  • Post payments in servicing system when received, Review and upload insurance notices, Log and route other related mail to appropriate areas, as requested.

Loan administration support

• Assist in the processing of total loss claims, coordinating with insurance providers.

• Coordinate and process GAP, Warranty cancellations and claims.
• Monitor GPS installations and exceptions.
• Work with partners to monitor insurance and aid clients in updating documents.
• Title maintenance, including perfection and release of liens filed in states served.
• Disburse loan proceeds for closing team and mail out checks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-5 years customer service and account management experience.; 2-5 years of work experience in a consumer lending capacity preferred
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English).
• Must be highly organized and pay close attention to detail, with the ability to input, exchange and communicate accurate information.
• Must have the ability to:
  • Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, while needing to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operate a computer, phones, and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
