Data/Business AnalystDomain specific skill requirement for BAs
- Wholesale Credit and Loans/Lending
- The majority of the resources need is BAs with Wholesale Credit and Loans/Lending experience to support the RCA phase in Assess.
- Counterparty Credit background desired. Expertise in DSFT.
- BAs to perform RCA.
- Product expertise in Liquidity/LMS, Core Accounts, Trade, P&R, Commercial Cards.
- Data Transformation background
- Mid-Level (SME Knowledge) - with SME Knowledge with special skills LMS, Core Accounts, Trade, P&R, Commercial Cards
- Resources will be deployed primarily to support the progression of Data Concerns through the Assess phase, with an emphasis on the RCA, partnering with the business, technology, operations and finance to determine root cause and establish compensating measures. Product (20) - LMS, Core Accounts, Trade, P&R, Commercial Cards
- Onboarding/LMS, Trade, Payments
- Data and Operations process knowledge in Onboarding/LMS, Trade, Payments
- Intermediate coding experience (SQL, Python, etc.).
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skill
- Strong communication skills, business and technical writing to support decision-making and actions.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex Data issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting the business environment.
- Follows policies & guidelines.
- Experience with Data Management processes, tools and applications.
- Supporting data-related issue management and remediation efforts (root cause analysis through remediation execution) along with other Data Management and Data Quality initiatives.
