Hollman, Inc. is Hiring a Marketing Content Creator Near Irving, TX
- Developing visual concepts and designs that align with Hollman Inc.'s brand identity and meet the needs of brand, marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Update and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures and one-pagers to align with brand identity and messaging.
- Coordinate project photoshoots and source visual assets for marketing materials.
- Develop and lead influencer strategy programs and report on key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage graphic design projects for product brochures, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
- Develop branded design templates for marketing and sales teams to use.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, blogs, emails, and presentations.
- Develop social media content that showcases the product, engages our audience in a fun way, increases engagement, followers, and impressions, and drives website traffic.
- Curate relevant content, images, and videos to amplify our brand story.
- Drive social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content and designs reflect the brand's message and company goals.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a brand design or illustration role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with photo and video editing and production.
- Understanding of marketing strategy and ability to align creative content with brand objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative part of a team.
