Qualified candidates should be skilled in troubleshooting, have experience in Hyper-V, Microsoft Server Administration, and Azure Active Directory, and hold a current CCNA Certificate. Excellent communication skills are required to be demonstrated for discussing technical matters with all levels of personnel, clients, and vendors.
