Acara Solutions is hiring an Electronics Assembler III (Cable and Harnesses) in Irvine, CA
This is an ongoing 12-month contract position with opportunity for extension
Schedule : Monday-Friday / 5 : 30am -2 : 00pm / Overtime available
Responsibilities :
- Electro-Mechanical assembly Building cables and harnesses
- Read and follow assembly work instructions including drawing assemblies and manufacturing instructions
- Work from assembly instructions, part lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions, and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components
- Identify and select components to be integrated into sub-assembly and assembly units
- Utilize a wide range of tools
- Record job activities on the computer
- Look up engineering orders on the computer
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Inspect his / her own work
Pay Rate : $22 / hr.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience with cable and harnesses
- HS Diploma
- Ability to read and write English and understand verbal and written instructions
- Upon offer of employment background check, drug test and education verification are required
Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.
The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 15-30 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
