Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, milkshakes and more!

- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area including kitchen and bathrooms - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

We are working on our kitchen which means that the job will soon include:

- Following health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation

- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers

- Ability to learn point of sale software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
