Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential daily living assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, childcare, medication administration, and be comfortable working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help individuals with developmental disabilities or autism achieve personal goals
- Support senior clients with mobility assistance and basic exercises

Requirements:
- Previous experience in personal care, home care, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Ability to work with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when assisting clients
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
