Prepare professional engineering reports for building inspections. Applicants must be highly organized, meticulous, and familiar with standards in preparing professional documents/reports. Engineering experience is not required. Experience in synthesizing large amounts of information into clear, concise documents is required. 

Responsibilities

-Review and edit building inspection reports to ensure information is presently clearly, consistently, and accurately

-Follow detailed checklists and flow charts to ensure reports are being prepared and reviewed comprehensively

Qualifications

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to learn new information quickly

-Ability to work on a fast-paced schedule

-Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides

-Experience producing professional level documents/reports which require diligent fact-checking and proofreading skills

-Experience searching and filtering through many websites to find specific information
